Talent Up

Entrepreneurship and Back

What is Talent Up?

Talent Up is a great opportunity to come up with and learn to realise new entrepreneurial ideas. It offers training opportunities abroad and thus raises the level of innovation of Sardinian businesses.

The Talent Up program, now in its second edition, provides for a training program divided into several phases: one first part in Sardinia and a second abroad with the best start-up ecosystems in the world and in the best business schools. Finally, in the last phase we work to transform the idea into a concrete and operational company on the market.

The programme is divided into different phases:

  • Preparatory training (Pre-treatment): this phase is held in Sardinia and its aim is to offer the beneficiaries the knowledge and instruments they need to present their business ideas and acquire the necessary tools and skills to successfully pass the selection process to access the Treatment phase of the project.
  • Training abroad (Treatment): this phase is accessed by all those who have successfully completed the pre-treatment phase. More specifically, this phase is divided into two parts:
    • Phase A, beneficiaries develop entrepreneurial skills through a full immersion experience in one of the top 20 start-up ecosystems in the world.
    • Phase B, beneficiaries develop their business project at one of the business schools ranked in the 50 Top MBAs for Entrepreneurship 2018 drawn up by the Financial Times.
  • Return to Sardinia (Post-treatment): this phase is accessed by all those who have successfully completed the previous phases; on their return to Sardinia, participants will be supported and assisted by Aspal, the Regional Planning Centre and Sardegna Ricerche as they access the best resources available to them to get their business up and running.
