EGREJOB

SE.RE.NA. has entered the 2.0 phase with the intent of bringing together three areas: the nautical sector, employment services, education and professional training. The aim is to improve access to public services for citizens and businesses, encourage cross-border mobility and provide training and employment opportunities in the nautical sector (by setting up training centres).

The aim of the EGREJOB project is to facilitate the transition to a sustainable economy. It promotes the creation of a Euro-Mediterranean incubation system for young people from Italy, Spain, Tunisia and Lebanon which will enable them to share skills and the latest developments in the field of the green economy to help fight youth unemployment.

Equijobs is a two-year project whose aim is to increase the number of women employed in sectors which are still ‘hostile’ to them, designing tailor-made training pathways which help them develop the skills they need. More precisely, the project supports a gender approach to local development, with a special focus on female professions in rural settings.

The aim of the Skills4jobs project is to redefine the role of career guidance - or counsellors - and understand the new competencies and tasks needed to face the challenges of society and employment. Career guidance must be able to connect, in a rational and propositional manner, supply and demand on the labour market and provide businesses with consultancy services to help them update their skills.

Eurodyssey is an exchange programme between European regions sponsored by AER (Assembly of European Regions) which gives young people aged between 18 and 35 the chance to get paid work experience in a foreign company. The placements are only held in member regions, they last 3 - 7 months and include free language courses.

The aim of the SE.RE.NA project is to boost employment in the nautical sector and its supply chain by developing instruments and methodologies shared by all the PES in the area of cooperation. The project enhances and systematises resources, strategies, technologies and tools for local training and employment services.

VIVIMED è un progetto nato dalla collaborazione dei paesi dell’area transfrontaliera, con l’obiettivo di costruire insieme strategie innovative per uno sviluppo turistico sostenibile, e dare voce all’autenticità, al valore culturale, ambientale e produttivo del territorio coinvolto. Il programma mira a creare nei territori di cooperazione una rete di attori dinamici e consapevoli, capaci di sviluppare un’offerta in grado di rivitalizzare i territori dell’entroterra mediterraneo.

The aim of the SIS.T.INA project is to develop ideas and solutions to seasonally adjust tourism and increase the length of the time tourists spend in the cross-border area. Its intent is to give the countries in question the instruments, services and integrated systems they need to take full advantage of the attractions in the cross-border area.

The aim of the O.P.E.R.A. project is to develop and strengthen employment in cross-border areas hit by industrial, economic and/or social crisis, by activating services (spin-offs, management/workers buyouts, etc.) to help find new jobs for workers displaced from companies in difficulty. In particular displaced workers from the areas of Villacidro and the metropolitan area of Cagliari.

IES, which stands for Implementing Employment Service, is a project organised by the Public Employment Services to foster meetings, relations and experiences between stakeholders in the different countries to improve the quality of employment policies in the individual regions.
